Seasonal flu
Occurs annually; is the type of flu we are accustomed to each winter season, so people usually have built up immunity. Seasonal Flu Information
Pandemic flu
Occurs rarely (there have been only 3 pandemics in the 20th century); is a worldwide outbreak of a new human flu virus, so people have little or no immunity. Pandemic Flu Information
Bird Flu
